LOUIS (January 4, 2021) – Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today a growth investment in Made4net, LLC, a New Jersey based provider of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and end-to-end supply chain execution software. Foley Hoag served as the legal counsel to Made4net. Sidley Austin LLP served as legal counsel to TSCP. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
