Annual user conference draws customers, partners, and industry analysts to Austin for three days of innovation, education, and connection

This year’s conference centered on the accelerating convergence of artificial intelligence, robotics, and modern warehouse execution and what it means for operations leaders navigating an increasingly complex supply chain landscape.

  • Panel Discussion — Navigating the Future of Supply Chain Tech: An all-star panel featuring Michael Wohlwend of Alpine Supply Chain Solutions, Dwight Klappich of Gartner, Janet Ortiz of Ryder, and Ed Prisco of Locus tackled the forces reshaping supply chain technology from AI adoption and automation to sustainability and shifting customer expectations.
  • KPI Masterclass: Premier supply chain solutions provider and systems integrator enVista led a practical masterclass on identifying and acting on the metrics that matter most from order accuracy to labor productivity.
  • IKEA and Made4net — The Future of Fulfillment Management: The conference closed with a featured session with Martin Grieder of IKEA, offering an inside look at how the two organizations are partnering to redefine fulfillment management at one of the world’s most complex supply chains.
