- Bradley-Hiatt has a 20-year track record of success in 3PL warehouse In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing all 3PL-focused customer-facing functions, including Professional Services, Technical Support, Managed Integration Services and Account Management. Over the past year, her team of customer support professionals successfully attained the highest levels of customer retention in their unit’s history. Bradley-Hiatt also led the creation of a customer Advisory Council and organized a successful User Conference that offered over 30 educational sessions to 200+ attendees.
- Davidson has over 25 years of experience managing significant revenue growth for numerous supply chain execution solution providers, including TMC (a division of C.H. Robinson) and HighJump Software (now Korber). As CEO at Made4net, he is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and overall global performance of the company. Made4net currently serves over 800 customers in 30 countries, and under Davidson’s leadership the team has grown by 300 percent since 2021.
