Location: Hybrid, some onsite work required

Office is in Teaneck, NJ. The building has many amenities, including a spa & gym (discounted for tenants), Starbucks, deli, restaurant, and covered, free secured parking that is connected to the building. Currently implemented hybrid office (3 days)/work from home (2 days). New employees will be expected to spend more time in the office until fully trained before going to hybrid mode. Travel to client sites, while not extensive, is occasionally required especially during client training and go live. Supply chain execution is a time sensitive mission criticalenvironment.

Purpose of the Job

The purpose of the project manager role is to manage specific projects. Including planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of a project from start to finish. Someone in this role is responsible for making sure that a project is completed within scope of time and budget, and that all quality standards are being met. The project Manager, working closely with the Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that a project stays on track, which includes maintaining clear deliverables, and communication, and resolving any issues that arise. The Project Manager plays a vital role in achieving successful completion of projects and contributing to the strategic goals of Made4net.

Description of responsibilities:

Monitor and manage project schedules and financial reporting to ensure alignment with project goals and budget constraints.
Review and validate system requirements developed by project team members to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with the System Architect and other key stakeholders during the system specification phase of larger projects to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
Drive the functional specification phase of projects through client meetings, ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined and documented.
Support the development of functional specifications by working closely with project team members to ensure they meet project needs.
Track project progress during the implementation phase, addressing any issues or changes as they arise.
Coordinate with the Director of Project Delivery on task assignments and financial reporting, providing support and continuity when needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within software or enterprise systems related to supply chain.
Demonstrated experience in project management, including project planning, prioritizing tasks, and reporting on project status.
A solid technical foundation is preferred, with a good understanding of software systems and development processes.
Familiarity with Software Development and Agile Methodologies is beneficial.
Experience with Microsoft tools such as Windows, IIS, and SQL Server is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Ability to work well in a team environment, showing responsiveness and adaptability.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on task-oriented solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiar with Agile methodologies
Prior experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics and or similar applications experience
Experience with leading WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Koerber, or similar).

Pay range: From $90,000.00, per year salary
