Implementation Specialist

Title of position: Implementation Specialist

Position type:  Full time

Location:  Hybrid, some onsite work required

Office is in Teaneck, NJ. The building has many amenities, including a spa & gym (discounted for tenants), Starbucks, deli, restaurant, and covered, free secured parking that is connected to the building. Currently implemented hybrid office (3 days)/work from home (2 days). New employees will be expected to spend more time in the office until fully trained before going to hybrid mode. Travel both domestic and international to client sites, while not extensive, is occasionally required especially during client training and go live. Supply chain execution is a time sensitive mission critical
environment.

We are looking for an experienced implementation specialist to supplement our team covering our users and partners in the US and the broader North, South and Latin America clients.

Description of responsibilities:

• Participate in the definition of system requirements for the implementation of the Made4net suite of products in the Supply Chain Execution space.
• Configure, and test those products in accordance with the project requirements.
  Develop and execute test plans for client projects.
• Work with assigned developers where add-ons and customizations are required.
  Prepare and support client acceptance testing.
• Provide client training on site and remotely on the use of the systems.
• Prepare execute and support Go Live activities for clients on and off site as needed.
• Continue to monitor and assist clients post go live with ongoing training and troubleshooting.
• Work with our support team as necessary on supported live clients.

Required experience:

• Familiar with Windows Workstation and Server environments
• Familiar with Web Browser(s) and Web Server (IIS) environments
• Familiar with SQL server databases and programming
• Strong knowledge of office tools
• Familiar use of Remote Desktop and VPN
• Preferred:
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Prior experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics and or similar applications experience
• Experience with leading WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Koerber, or similar)

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1-2 of relevant experience working in a customer facing role preferably within software in supply chain or other enterprise systems.
• Strong technical background preferred.
• Strong understanding of Software Development and Agile Methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft system tools: Windows, IIS, SQL Server
• Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• 20% – 30% travel required.

Pay range:  $49,920.00 – $74,880.00

This position offers a competitive salary package that is commensurate with your years of experience in the field and the specific skills you bring to the role.
